DBA Chad began operations in the Republic of Chad in 2019 after Pastor Felix NDOUBAHIDI returned from Nigeria from seminary. During his education in Nigeria, Felix was exposed to the DBA process of helping people start their own businesses based on Biblical principles. He began the translation of the DBA materials into French, which had never been accomplished before this time.

Felix is helping prepare one of the facilities that will be used for DBA trainings.

One of the first training sessions conducted in Chad. This training came about after discussion with several church leaders and national business leaders and government officials regarding the benefits of the DBA poverty alleviation program.

Early on Felix was determined to partner with a micro finance partner to help his graduating students receive access to loans. Pictured above is Felix with leaders of MIA Express, a Chadian micro finance company.

DBA Chad was able to find able and willing students to attend classes in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic. The word quickly went around that these dedicated individuals were not about to lose everything during the pandemic. They insisted on classes being continued.

We have high hopes that Divine Business Appointments, with God’s help, can make a dramatic impact in the Republic of Chad. They have a proud and enthusiastic population willing to learn business principles based upon Biblical ethics.
